
Samantha Siaw
Samantha Siaw Accredited Practising Dietitian Samantha completed a Bachelor of Science (Food Science) at the University of Melbourne and a Master of Dietetics at Monash University, graduating in 2022. She has also undertaken additional training in the Monash FODMAP course and the Health at Every Size (HAES) approach.
Having grown up in Malaysia, Samantha understands the importance of context and cultural aspects when providing dietary strategies. She is passionate about helping people manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart health, gut health, and weight management. Her approach focuses on realistic and sustainable lifestyle changes that fit into everyday life.
Outside of work, Samantha loves baking, cooking, and finding ways to incorporate her favourite childhood meals and recipes into a balanced lifestyle.
