
Simran Lodha
Simran Lodha is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who completed a Bachelor of Medical Bioscience at Monash University, Malaysia, followed by a Master of Dietetics at Monash University. She graduated in 2022 and has since gained valuable clinical experience through a three-month dietetic internship with the startup Foodini. Simran currently works as a dietitian in a fitness company while also consulting clients through her private practice at Diet Yumm.
Simran believes in delivering evidence-based nutrition care through comprehensive assessments and personalised nutrition strategies. Her approach focuses on practical, realistic, and sustainable lifestyle changes that support long-term health and wellbeing. She is passionate about continually expanding her knowledge and regularly undertakes professional development to ensure she provides the highest standard of care.
Outside of work, Simran is a passionate foodie who enjoys exploring different cuisines and restaurants. Having grown up in Bangkok, Thailand, she has a special love for Thai cuisine. In her free time, she enjoys relaxing by watching her favourite TV shows and spending quality time with family and friends.
