Dr Aye Mya Thuzar
Dr Aye is a fully qualified general practitioner and Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP). She completed her medical degree (MBBS) in Myanmar and, after relocating to Australia, gained valuable clinical experience working in public hospitals across Victoria and New South Wales before successfully completing her GP training.
Dr Aye provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages and has a particular interest in chronic disease management, women’s and children’s health. She is also trained to perform minor procedures, including Implanon insertion.
Dr Aye is fluent in both English and Burmese (Myanmar), and is committed to providing care that is respectful and responsive to the needs of patients from culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) backgrounds. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her young family, cooking, and engaging in outdoor activities.
