
Physiotherapist: Mrs Ruchi Gera
Ruchi completed her Bachelor of Health Sciences and Master of Physiotherapy Practice degree from LaTrobe University and has been in private practice for 8 years. She has also completed her post-graduate certificate in Health Service Management from University of Technology Sydney. She has a keen interest in musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions and believes in providing holistic management to her clients. She has expertise in using Dry Needling on her patients to help reduce inflammation and tightness as it is an evidence-based technique. She promotes extensive rehabilitation through Clinical Pilates and GLAD and uses these techniques to achieve long term goals of her patients. She strongly advocates self-management and teaches her clients to take charge of their own health.
Outside the clinic, Ruchi is an active member of Science of Spirituality, a non-profit organisation promoting meditation. She enjoys swimming and music in her free time with her two kids. She loves being a physiotherapist and wants to keep progressing in this career.
The appointments are all 30 minutes.

Samm Koe
Associate Physiotherapist
Samm is a passionate and energetic Physiotherapist who graduated from Curtin University in Perth with a Bachelors of Science. His love for physiotherapy developed from a young age through the exposure to different sports and exercises which helped him to gradually gain an in-depth understanding of the importance to lead an active lifestyle for health optimisation.
Samm has a keen interest in preventative care in those with musculoskeletal and sporting related pain. No matter who the patient is, Samm believes in putting the patient at the forefront of their care to achieve their goals through an individualised and holistic approach. Samm is also conversational in Mandarin.
Outside of work, you can find Samm at the gym, cooking up a storm in the kitchen or exploring the diverse food scene in Melbourne.
